Miroma Group to acquire global comms agency Way To Blue

Global media and marketing services collective The Miroma Group has entered into an agreement to acquire London-headquartered global communications agency Way To Blue.

 

Way To Blue has 100 staff and operations in London, North America, Australia, Asia, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.

 

The agency specialises in entertainment and consumer full-service marketing, including research, PR and publicity and ’360° digital’ and social media services. Current clients include Amazon, NBCUniversal, InterContinental Hotels Group, 20th Century Fox and Red Bull.

Way To Blue has announced that leading creative digital and behavioural change expert Jennifer Wilson is to move from Sydney to London in order to launch a new wellbeing practice within the integrated agency.

 

Wilson, who was previously director at the agency’s Sydney office, is a specialist producer and pioneer of multiplatform projects from apps and games to wearables for body hacking across health, entertainment and enterprise sectors.
