Domino’s: One-click order button ‘Push for Pizza’


Domino’s tasked Way To Blue with trailing the launch of one-click ordering on the Domino’s app for mobile and tablet… to highlight the brand as a leading innovator and get people – from celebs to influencers – asking for the technology to try it for themselves

Rather than focus on the virtual button, we decided to bring the concept to life with a real, physical button. With a simple click button and a specially designed mini pizza box, we reached out to tech, consumer, news and lifestyle media on and offline with some simple photography to demonstrate how a push the button pizza would be the tech of the future. Our pitch left journalists wanting more, with only 50 in the world released to generate social currency and chatter

In just two days, we generated over 120 editorial pieces across national news, consumer tech, lifestyle and marketing – including top titles such as Metro, Shortlist, Daily Telegraph and Evening Standard to Huff Post, Digital Spy, engadget, mashable and Time magazine.
