19/03/2014 Way To Blue announce Media Apprenticeship Scheme 2014
Way To Blue is proud to announce the launch of their 2014 Media Apprenticeship scheme. Running over the course of a year from September 2014 until August 2015, Way To Blue are throwing open their doors to the next generation of communications talent.
This Apprenticeship will allow the successful applicant to experience all four principles that Way To Blue operate; ‘Listen, Think, Amplify and Engage’. The apprentice will spend three months in each department in the UK office; UK Publicity, Social Media, International Publicity and Insights. This will allow them to discover where their strengths and passions lie within the business exploring all aspects that an integrated communications agency has to offer. Plus, we are also offering the successful applicant the commitment of a fixed term contract and a fantastic employee benefits package.
To apply for the Way To Blue Media Apprenticeship, simply watch the Instagram video here, and follow the instructions, tagging a 15 second video with @waytoblueglobal telling us why you want to be our next apprentice. Entries will need to be submitted by midnight on Wednesday 30th April 2014.
Holly Hewett, our current Way To Blue Apprentice said of the scheme:
“This is such a fantastic opportunity for an apprentice, because it means you come away with a unique understanding of how the company operates as a whole, as well as a more in-depth knowledge of how each team contributes to a campaign. Over the course of the year the apprentice will be able to work out where their strengths lie and what truly gets them out of bed in the morning, so that by the end of the scheme it should be clear exactly where they fit within the Way To Blue family. And Way To Blue really does feel like a family; I know that sounds cheesy, but it’s true – and the happy, friendly and supportive environment here is one of the key reasons I was so keen to stay.”
